DESCRIPTION:The Veterans Resource Fair was conceived by veterans who realized that the veteran community desperately needed a safe space to connect with other veterans\, receive information\, and connect to services available specifically to the veteran community. \nThe Veteran Resource Fair is a community partnership between various veteran-owned agencies\, nonprofits\, and federal\, state\, and local county agencies whose aim is to provide an annual and reliable space where Pierce\, King\, Kitsap\, and Thurston Counties Veterans and their families can obtain direct connections and information to many different types of veteran-specific programs and resources\, to include: \n\nVeteran Administration (VA) Benefits\nCommunity Services\nServices for Unhoused Veterans / At Risk\nMedical Screenings and Dental Resources\nCommunity Reintegration Services\nEmployment / Apprenticeship / Training and Vocational Opportunities\nEducational Benefits\nFemale and Non-binary Veteran Resources\nFinancial Education / Assistance\nHousing / Home Ownership Resources\nDisability Claims / Benefits\nLegal Services\n\nThis is a FREE event for ALL veterans\, active duty\, and their families. \nFor more information: Help@Nine9Line.org | (253) 922.7225
