Vice President of Operations

Lori M. Grant is the Vice President of Operations for WestCare Washington (WCWA)/Next Mission Alliance (NMA). In this role, Lori is responsible for overall operational oversight of all WCWA and NMA grants and staffing. This scope includes ensuring smooth, effective, and high-quality operations across programs in partnership with staff and funders.

Lori has over 20 years of leadership in management consulting, healthcare, defense transition strategy, and community-based service delivery. Since joining Next Mission Alliance (formerly Operation Military Family) in 2012, she has guided large-scale initiatives advocating for service members, veterans, and military families at the federal, state, and local levels. She has played a key role in expanding NMA’s geographic footprint, integrating services across counties, and shaping workforce development strategies that improve equity and access for under-resourced populations.

In addition to her work at WCWA/NMA, Lori serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Goldbelt, Inc., an Alaska Native Corporation, where she chairs the Audit and Finance Committee. She has also served as Chairwoman of the Board, guiding the corporation through significant growth and investment strategy.

Lori received her Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Washington and her Bachelor of Political Science from the University of Alaska Southeast.
